Project scope

Projects are delivered according to an agreed scope, timeline and commercial arrangement.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate content, approvals, credentials through secure channels and other project inputs agreed during discovery.

Changes

Requests outside the agreed scope may require a revised estimate or timeline.

Intellectual property

Ownership and licensing of design, code, content and third-party assets should be defined in the project agreement.
